This includes operations and maintenance personnel as well as individuals in other non-technical areas such as marketing and customer service.
The safety performance of Kenn Borek Air Ltd.’s operation is continually monitored, proactively and reactively, to ensure that our key safety goals continue to be achieved. Some key elements of this monitoring program include internal and external audits, flight checks, and quality assurance reviews.
2009 Safety Goals
- Promote a positive Safety culture for all employees and managers through education, mentoring and positive leadership.
- Provide effective training to all employees and managers on the components, functions, and benefits of the safety management system.
- Continue to build employee confidence in the safety hazard/occurrence/concern reporting system by providing prompt response and feedback to the individual or group submitting the report.
